The EVA injection shoe machine is a highly efficient and advanced equipment which has four stations. With 180tons clamping force pressure,precision control over temperature, pressure, and timing. This EVA injection shoe machine can make different design EVA shoes, EVA clogs, EVA jooger sole,EVA rain boots and winter shoes.
Equipped with PLC + HMI touchscreen for precision control over temperature, pressure, injection speed, and cycle time; stores multiple recipes for different products.
High capacity EVA injector in diameter 65mm or 70mm, one time can inject 850-950gram EVA raw material, and heating from 280 seconds until 400 seconds, low quantity and high quantity EVA raw material shoes and sole are all could be produced by this EVA injection shoes machine.
Simens system or Schneider system or Delta system is posibili as an option according to customer willing.
