Our smart 1-station model provides an affordable choice for expanding factories with lower initial investment costs. This compact machine holds two molds simultaneously to maximize your daily production space. Each flexible mold creates four pairs of slippers in various sizes or custom geometric shapes.
Unlike traditional injection equipment, this process utilizes advanced press heating technology. Operators place raw materials directly inside the durable mold cavity. The machine then applies high temperatures to compress and heat the compound. The shoes completely shape within five to eight minutes. Then, the automated system opens the mold smoothly for quick removal.
For large-scale plants, our 6-station EVA slipper making machine significantly boosts your daily manufacturing speed. It runs six molds simultaneously to deliver exceptional dual-color outputs.
