Two color EVA foaming shoes machine

We have two kinds two color EVA fomaing machine, 1 station and 6 station, 1 station machine body is smart and costly which is welcome to lower investor. The machine only have one station, but can put two mould togethers, 1 mould can put 4 pairs or 4 size slippers or shoes, which can produce different design of shoes and slipper through to change different shoe mould. Apart from EVA injection shoes machine, the way of this machine process is put raw material inside mould, and then use machine high temperture to press mould and heating, 5-8 minutes later, the shoes or slippers is full shaped, then machine open mould automatic, and take out shoes or slippers, put plastic shoe last inside shoes to fix shape.
So almost three step can finish one pair shoes, EVA foaming mahcine, EVA foaming mould, EVA raw material.
6 station machine production and speed is higher, which need bigger factory building and higher invest cost, but which function is more and more perfect, which can put 6 mould at the same time, 1 mould 4 pairs with two color slipper or sole.
