total 26 tons , one days capacity can be from 3000 pairs until 6000 pairs according to different design of shoes. Installation power180KW, heating plate size for install mould is 290*520*230mm, 180tons clamping force, one time inject 850-950 gram EVA raw material.
Six-station EVA shoes machine have to be worked together EVA shoes mould or EVA slipper mould or EVA crocs shoes or EVA sole mould or EVA winter shoes mould or EVA rain boots mould . One station can put two shoes mould or slipper mould or sole mould, one mould can produce 2 pairs shoes or soles or slippers, total six station machine can put 12 EVA shoes mould. 24 pairs shoes or slippers in one time. EVA raw material is a Essential part in this production process, choose different color EVA raw material can get different color shoes and slippers.
One color and two color shoes , slipper are all possible options from this EVA injection slipper machine. Just change the mould to choose variety of shoes and slippers.
