Full Servo High-Speed Sanitary Napkin Making Machine
PRODUCT DETAIL
The Bayeux Full Servo High-Speed Sanitary Napkin Production Line represents the pinnacle of heavy-duty engineering for industrial personal care factories. Spanning a robust footprint of 27 × 5.5 × 3.5 meters, this advanced sanitary napkin production machine is designed to reach an impressive engineering speed of 800 pieces per minute, maintaining an ultra-stable operational production speed of 500–700 pieces per minute. Built for long-term endurance under continuous high-load environments, the machine base bottom is constructed from heavy-duty 120 x 120 x8 square steel, supplemented by a 60 x 60 x 4 square steel upper body frame and a massive 20mm solid bottom foundation plate to completely eliminate high-speed mechanical vibration.
As a highly versatile sanitary napkin making machine, this fluff core style system is engineered to produce three distinct sanitary pad sizes (240mm, 290mm, and 320mm) utilizing a single, highly efficient drum forming system for continuous straight-line product formation.
The fully automated workflow is driven by a sophisticated independent servo network:
-
Fluff Core & SAP Blending: A dedicated servo motor precisely regulates the fluff pulp roll feed into the high-efficiency machine crusher. The exact fluff feeding volume is automatically adjusted via the central PLC. Simultaneously, automated vacuum loaders pump SAP (Superabsorbent Polymer) and spray it directly into the fluff core chamber for a homogeneous mix before structural forming inside the vacuum box.
-
Lamination & Assembly: Following the core pressing unit, the line seamlessly integrates the hydrophilic nonwoven top-sheet, 3D leak guard nonwoven webs, and the acquisition distribution layer (ADL).
-
Finishing & Output: The multi-layer matrix undergoes precision embossing, PE back-sheet film unwinding and lamination, edge crimp unit pressing, back silicone release paper unwinding, final profile contour cutting, and high-speed product output.
This turnkey solution makes Bayeux a premier hygiene products machine supplier for global manufacturers scaling up high-volume commercial production.
