EVA injection shoes moulding machine, EVA shoes mould, EVA raw material is mainly three part for making EVA shoes.
Expansion is different for making different style shoes, 1.6 for eva rain boots and winter shoes, 1.6-1.8 for EVA slippers, 1.6 for EVA crocs shoes, in this case, shoes mould expansion rate have to be same with eva raw material to make sure the EVA shoes or slippers length in correct size.
EVA raw material in size S and L is also a key feature of this product, which make shoes size and length posible to adjust and control.
EVA shoes raw material have to work with EVA shoes machine and shoes mould, using machine automatic heating system to make EVA granule into paste shape and flow inside EVA shoes mould from EVA injector. Foaming and expanding inside shoes moud to become a full shoes.
Color is also a important part which customer focus, EVA raw material has his own classic color book, also can be made according to Panton color card.
