In the structure of modern diapers and sanitary napkins, the ADL (Absorbent Layer) is the core that determines the product's "instant dryness." Located between the top layer and the absorbent core, it plays a crucial bridging role.
We use advanced manufacturing processes to give the material a unique three-dimensional open-cell porous mesh structure. When liquid reaches the top layer, the ADL instantly captures it and uses unique flow channels to rapidly diffuse the liquid longitudinally and laterally, evenly conducting it to the underlying absorbent core.
This innovative flow channel design not only completely solves the side leakage problem caused by localized saturation but also greatly improves the overall utilization rate of the core. It enables the final product to truly achieve excellent performance in terms of instant absorption, low backflow, and continuous dryness, keeping the skin comfortable and breathable at all times.
