EVA rain boot mould is engineered for manufacturing lightweight, waterproof EVA boots with high structural stability. These rain boots are popular in cold-climate regions like the Russian market. When paired with high-quality raw materials, the finished boots resist temperatures down to minus 50 degrees.
Unlike an EVA slipper mould that supports one-mould-two-pairs layouts, each rain boot size requires two independent moulds. The specific mould height ranges from 185mm to 200mm to accommodate high-shaft designs.
Built with premium Aluminum 7075, the mould offers excellent thermal conductivity for even heat distribution during foaming. This ensures precise expansion control and eliminates risks of internal air bubbles or uneven material density.
