This full servo H-shape pull up baby diaper machine production line utilizes superior materials and a well-considered product structure to ensure the utmost care for a baby's sensitive skin, keeping them consistently comfortable and dry throughout the day. The product structure comprises an upper & lower tissue (or airlaid), cotton core blended with SAP, ADL, PE film, hydrophilic topsheet, hydrophobic nonwoven leg cuffs, and an online waistband. Engineered to produce four sizes of baby diapers (S/M/L/XL/XXL), the machine can be swiftly reconfigured to manufacture diverse diaper types, thanks to its convenient full servo drive digital number change system, tailored to customer product size specifications.

Material Unwinding
Efficiently feeds raw materials such as breathable side panel non-woven, top sheet, back sheet, pulp, SAP, and elastic threads.
Core Forming & Lamination
While similar to tape-style machines in this phase, it forms and laminates the absorbent core (comprising fluff & SAP) between multiple layers.
Elastic Application
Involves the precise integration of waist elastics and leg elastics. Specialized tension is applied to the chassis, ensuring a secure and reliable foundation for the diaper's structure.
Chassis Cutting
The seamless, continuous chassis web is precisely segmented into individual diaper chassis, available in versatile rectangular or ergonomic hourglass shapes.
Side Sealing (Crucial Step)
The expertly engineered front and back sides of the chassis are seamlessly joined at the hips through advanced ultrasonic bonding technology or innovative heat sealing techniques, crafting a perfectly closed pants structure. This process meticulously creates flawless, pre-formed side seams.
Pants Forming & Folding
The securely sealed diaper is artfully folded, often with a classic C-fold or a precise double-fold, setting its impeccable shape.
Packaging
The expertly finished pants are stacked with precision, accurately counted, and elegantly packaged into sleek bags or flexible, convenient pouches.
