How It Works: Seamless Direct Injection Process (DIP)

Upper Preparation: The operator simply places the prepared shoe upper onto the aluminum shoe last inside the mold.

Mold Clamping: The mold containing the upper is loaded onto the machine station, and the aluminum last is pushed into position before the hydraulic clamping system seals the mold.

Direct Injection: Liquid PVC raw material is injected directly into the cavity, bonding instantly with the upper to form a perfect, durable sole.

Finished Footwear: The mold opens automatically, and the operator removes a complete, lightweight, and perfectly finished shoe.
